Dhrell is the demonic overlord of Orcadus, a terrifying dimension which to humans appears to be Hell. This dimension is filled with hordes of minor demons and monsters which Dhrell controls by violence and fear.
Dhrell is the archenemy of Dr. Darke and they have battled numerous times since the Middle Ages.
